Chief Krishenda Doss is a seasoned security professional and former law enforcement officer with over 15 years of experience in law enforcement and private security. She served with the Fort Worth Police Department until 2010, when an injury led to her transition into private security leadership.

Chief Doss has earned multiple certifications in active shooting response, active threat management, proper detainment procedures, and tactical takedowns throughout her career. Her expertise in high-risk security operations and crisis response makes her a trusted leader in the industry.

Beyond law enforcement, Chief Doss also worked for the United States Patent Office in the Federal Building, where she specialized in security operations, surveillance monitoring, and computer-based threat detection. Her extensive background across both public and private security sectors allows her to bring a strategic, disciplined, and highly professional approach to security management.
